Please Contact Us via phone, fax or e-mail to reserve an item.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT RESERVING YOUR ITEM, as many items are “one-of-a-kind” and may have already been reserved.

 

Once you receive confirmation from us that the item has been reserved for you, please send your payment.  Please include your shipping address and a phone number so we may contact you, if necessary.

 

When we receive your payment and it has cleared, we will send your item.

 

Note:  Once you reserve your item, it will be held for seven days.  If you do not contact us or send payment within that time, we will assume that you no longer want the item and it will be returned to stock.

Additional information: 

· Payments must be made in U.S. funds.  We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks.

· All payments must clear.  Money orders and cashier’s checks are no longer considered immediate payment as it has become necessary for us to wait until they clear.

· When ordering coins site-unseen, you have a seven-day return privilege from the date you receive the items, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.  Coins removed from original holders cannot be returned. 

· All coins are certified and are guaranteed genuine.

· For orders under $1,000 shipped to a U.S. address, please add $8 for shipping and handling.  Please contact us to inquire about fees to ship outside of the United States.

· Virginia residents must add 5% sales tax.

· Layaway service is available. There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit if this service is used.  Please contact us to discuss mutually agreeable terms when reserving your item.
